Your Crisisbuddy tells you what to do when you can`t handle your situation. Crisisbuddy is meant for young adults who have to deal with extreme emotions and who have a hard time finding the correct behaviour in hard situations. The Crisisbuddy can be used under supervision, but this is not mandatory. This “crisis app” displays an overview of your skills and exercises you can do to help yourself. You can add exercises and use these to create your own signalising plan, but Crisisbuddy already contains a lot of standard mindfulness exercises. All the information, such as emotions, tendencies to certain behaviour, skills and contact with your therapist (or other people you trust) are clearly displayed. The app is compatible with your tablet and your mobile telephone. You can take it with you anywhere you go! The app uses elements from the treatment method DGT (Linehan therapy).
