Bow Hunter 2016 is a big update to the successful Bow Hunter 2015 with significant updates, improvements, and features over the American Southeast and Northeast landscapes. Bow Hunter 2016 now gives players the chance to get random Gold rewards for excellent hunts! Deer behavior, camouflage effectiveness, arrow range, and ballistics are all updated and improved in Bow Hunter 2016. While Bow Hunter 2016 has the same landscapes as Bow Hunter 2015, the hunts will be more realistic and challenging! And now full Cash Tournaments will be possible with anti-hack testing so all players have a chance to win cash prizes! Bow Hunter 2016 is a realistic simulation of deer hunting with upright bows including detailed 3d terrains, stalking hunts, tree stand hunts, and regular tournaments with real cash prizes for the winning bowmen. Look for the next simulation in the Bow Hunter series with the American Northwest and Southwest landscapes and animals! In the Bow Hunter 2016 simulation, the player can hunt White Tail deer, Mule deer, and Black Tail deer over large terrains. Players can stalk their trophies or hunt from tree stands in detailed 3D terrains using all the techniques of real bow hunting including scents, calls, camouflage, special arrows, optics, and powerful bows of the player’s choice. The deer in the simulation are easily spooked and will run quickly from the hunter if the hunter does not use the proper bow hunting techniques. The simulation contains over 100 hunts, with increasing difficulty, requiring better and better equipment, techniques, and hunting expertise. Players can also qualify for monthly tournaments against other hunting enthusiasts to win real world prizes like gift cards to their favorite outdoor retailer, bows, arrows, and other bow hunting accessories. The simulation will be updated monthly with new hunts, new challenges, new weapons, and new animals to hunt.

The graphics improved much better comparing with previous versions, good job from the creators. It's easy to navigate the game, which makes it a good time-killer, although i am no a fan of killing animals this way in real life, i hope all people will play this game instead of actually hunting.

I know it’s just an app for your phone game but this game is crap. I like that you can move around and hunt or sit in stand. Other than that it’s horrible. You can’t play this game for free for long, it’s set up so you have to buy “gold coins” or “o bucks” pretty quickly. The reward for a successful hunt is so minimal that you can’t upgrade your equipment like you need to for next levels. So I dropped ten bucks on gold coins and ten bucks on o cash because I like the setup of game(and the BowHunter in me needed better equipment). Bought a bow that is sighted in for “40 yard”, arrow would drop below deer at twenty yards. Not sure if it’s glitch, some hunts deer would drop with good hit, others you could put whole quiver of arrows in deer and it would still run around. Sometimes deer would drop and game didn’t acknowledge it. One hunt I shot and killed both deer on map and still didn’t acknowledge it. Bought more batteries for range finder, didn’t show up when went to hunt. Stupid window pops up last 30 seconds of hunt asking if you wanna buy more time with gold coins. First big buck i shot, didn’t show photo or how many points it was. I don’t normally leave review and maybe I’m being excessive but first few hunts I really liked game. After that I felt it was 100 percent set up to where you have to keep spending actual money to keep playing. If you wanna get super frustrated over an game on your phone, this is the one.

When you hit a deer it bleeds to death eventually on this game you shoot it ten thousands times and it walks away. And you should have unlimited time to complete the hunt instead you have one minute. Also when you get out of your stand you should be able to get back in. And when the game tell you your bow is out of date and needs repair it don’t it works fine. And why is there a fence in the one region it don’t make any common sense. Over all I would rate it a ten out of ten billion. Some city slicker probably made this game.
