I was amazed by how easy this was to use. I needed a contractor to come out and re-paint/paint my apartment. I didn't have to take a 5-10 minute survey to figure out what I needed. I didn't have wade through a bunch of hourly rates or quotes, and hope one was affordable. I put out the price I actually wanted to pay and had contractors bid on my project. I was able to review and see the contractors previous work. I set the time for the contractor to come out and didn't have to wait on a window of time for them to show up. The contractor did amazing work. I would highly recommend this app.

I used this app once and it was a great experience. It was actually in the middle of moving in to a new house with a 1year old son in the middle of COVID 19 and I wanted everything to be cleaned up very fast. The person who came was very professional, very clean and very fast even beyond my expectations. He brought all the equipments he needed also. So happy with ChoreRelief and will definitely use their service in future.

When I needed help with a customer and cleaning up a big mess, I looked everywhere and like magic, Chore Relief was there. They were efficient and effective, making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They have terrific customer service. I am excited to use them again.

There is no explanation of how the company is backing/ guaranteeing the work of the contractors that bid. When you chat with contractors who has submitted the bid they give little to no information about their company or other information. If this app has to work, it should reveal the details of the contractors bidding , provide a formal contract of how the app will guarantee the quality of work and list out the process of how to file a non satisfactory claim - this will build legitimacy and trust in the app and it’s process . Will remain for the app to be mature .
