App says it’s in English. It’s not!!! Purchased show tickets, account charged but go no receipt, no email to email addresses to order tickets to confirm anything. No info how/when to receive tix. Attempting to access (again, non English) app results in “server error”. Now worrying I may have been scammed out of $400 & not going to show I was trying to purchase tickets for. Lesson learned. Only buy from places you know and have used before.

I agree with what everyone else has posted: app not in English or usable and you don’t get your tickets…UNLESS you call the Tickets-Center number with your order number and tell them you don’t have them and it doesn’t seem legit, THEN, they will process the actual tickets via TicketMaster and send them to you! But as far as I can see ONLY if you call.So far, I have actual TicketMaster tickets that match what was ordered via Ticket-Center for a show in 2 1/2 weeks. I am not expecting problems, if so, I will come back and update the review.MAKE THE CALL, so you don’t lose it all!!!

I have ordered 2 BTS ticket on February 2020 and it was postponed due to COVID. I would like a refund because it has been over 1 year since the concerts original date. I can no longer attend the concert and I no longer have interest. I have sent various massages and I don’t even get 1 reply. Horrible, horrible site. If you want to prevent any problems I DO NOT recommend this site.

I just tried to buy tickets for redsox spring training and the tickets didn’t come. The app does not work and what little works is not in English. The customer service number sends you a like to a chat service that will tell you your information is not correct. This is a scam. Out $200.
