This app seems to do nothing but link to other apps by the same developer. I have been unable to find any useful function. It certainly doesn’t work as advertised. I would be very hesitant to try any app from this developer.

With the latest update, this app stopped working correctly. It registers my swimming workout as "Move" time but doesn't record it as exercise time. Tried to go to "app support" but the page is nearly all in Kanji. Another thing I didn't like even before update was I would enter the workout on the watch, but then would have to start the iphone app in order to get the circles on the watch to update. Sometimes I would even have to quit the app on the phone and restart it before it would update my circles.

I thought it could track all the data during swimming but actually not. It just uses your weight and the swimming time period to calculate your calorie burned figure only. Useless at all.
