What happened??? This app has been going downhill on and off for over a year. Are their SERVERS really that bad? Trying to get logged in is almost impossible. Once in 50 tries I get through. Sometimes nothing all day. Update this app or your SERVERS. This is ridiculous! UPDATE: It’s the SERVERS. Can’t login on 2 different phones, the phone browser or on a computer using a browserUPDATE #2 Did the developers read this review? Anyway the app works again. The question is for how long? Good SERVER day I guess.

This app does not work if trying to add a spouse who is handicapped, with no email address and no cell phone. I tried using my email address (which is where she gets her emails) and it won't process a family member using an existing email or cell phone. Poor programming. Back to the drawing boards Price Chopper............After much hard work by the developers we finally got my wife's info in the app so I can manage her scripts. Now everything is good with the world. This is a GREAT app and thank you Price Chopper for making this available and thank you developers for straightening things out. I love it.

I really like being able to see which meds are due for a refill and when they are ready to be picked up. My pharmacy hires the absolute nicest staff ever, and I feel like I'm doing my part by using this app. Another nice feature is when you are at your medical appointments it's easy to keep track when you are going over medications.

This app is fine if it works correctly. For the past two months, my prescriptions have not shown in the app and I have to call there pharmacy each month to make sure they actually have my prescriptions on file. I submitted a request to the app team to have them review this issue and the answer I received was “your prescriptions will show once they’re filled”. Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I’m an idiot. I reported the issue because I knew that this is not the case. The prescriptions usually show once the pharmacy receives the script from my doctor. Completely terrible service on a mediocre app.
