How does it work?
As a fitness user you can work out by developing your own weight loss program from the exercise library, use our calorie tracker and nutrition guide to create a diet plan and start working out. You want more? Hire and work out online with a personal coach. Choose your personal trainer by budget and feedback, contact them and set sports goals. Get an invoice, pay with your bank card and start your exercises.
Your coach will give you a workout plan with individual diet instructions, create a monthly course with a full set of exercises and meal plan to reach your goal, whether that is to get a bigger butt, lose weight, lose belly fat, build muscles, get six-pack abs, get a shredded body, get big arms or a wide chest or get fit after a pregnancy – all with fitness at home.
With a monthly course, such as a weight loss program, your coach will monitor your results for a monthly fee, give advice on your form or meal plan and adjust the exercise program if needed.

Awesome App for Beginners/Returning Gymers

I used to be in the gym consistently however life happened but I still managed to stay consistent with my weight. That all changed when the quarantine happened and I gained like 25-30 pounds.

I started back working out in January and this app has been amazing! Gives you much variety when it comes to the workouts. And it also links to your Apple/fitness watches. The only downside is sometimes the calories burned on the app doesn’t match the amount on the machines. I also wished the diet function was a little more user friendly and offered more option.

Overal, this app is AMAZING. Definitely plan to continue using it.

Simple to use , but needs some work

I’m amazed on how simple it’s to use the app, great job on that! However, it doesn’t always work properly, like if I exercised today instead of tomorrow as the app has suggested , it won’t save my workout , but instead shows it as exercised as for tomorrow because that’s the day app suggested . Needs lots of work on the suggestions too because there are many workouts that the weight is too light for me, and there are others in the same day’s workout that the weight recommended is too heavy for me. There are right ones too, but those recommendations are rare . I go to LA fitness and there are lots of machines that can do the same exercise, but the app won’t recommend those ever . I wish there was an option where I could choose the gym I go to, and the app would know what machines that gym has and then make workout recommendations based on that because I feel like the app doesn’t know that “some” machines even exist. Last but not least, monthly fee could be cheaper since there are tons of apps out there that are way cheaper and some of them are better. I purely wrote this review to help the app and the team, and I’m willing to help the team about the issues I have with the app. Please just let me know

Hello! Thank you for such a voluminous review! We'll keep in mind all the given recommendations! As for some issues you have:
1. The app has a function of scheduling your workouts. For that you need to go to your Dashboard -> Workout schedule -> "i" -> turn off an Automatic workout positioning -> set up your own schedule.
2. We're currently working on an automatic weight set based on workout history for every user. As for now, the recommendations are just approximate and - of course - it's better to rely on your own feelings during workout. Moreover, even when an automatic weight set is on you'd better still rely on your feelings - nobody can tell better than your body.
3. According to our research our price is the most affordable on the fitness app market among the apps of similar type.

Awesome app!

I love this app! My wife and I know NOTHING about working out or even how to do the exercises properly, but this app makes it easy! I love how it shows how to properly perform the exercises! The only complaint I have is that the subscription part of it sneaks up on you after a few workouts rather than asking for a payment upfront. But, this app is so good and I like it enough that I’ll pay for it anyway. It’s worth it!
