Buyer beware

Downloaded the app on my iPad. Purchased two templates. Download only available in .pdf format, not .pptx format. This totally defeats the purpose of the app. Lost my money. Then I went to my computer and I tried to purchase the templates (again) from their website. I know. I am hardheaded. Only payment option available was PayPal. When I tried to use my PayPal account, I received the message “PayPal not available. Choose another payment method”. Which one?? Seriously?Updating to 5 stars since vendor has fixed the problem, but mostly because of the quick response time and excellent customer service received.

But you always have the possibility to send a message to our support but I have never receive any. This app offers quick power point presentations that i find to be amazing!! It has been helpful for these "last minute" presentations someone has to do for work or anything else! I personally suggest it as I did a made presentation on the train for a co worker
