This will provide you the number of days from the first of the year. Or you provide a date and it will count out the days. Works best for those who use applications that require that type of accounting. For me it’s a must and I appreciate the simple presentation ... and the fact it has a complication for the iWatch. This latest version is the best. Yup, I pay for it but well worth it. I used it daily... thanks for a great app. Now I can look back 2years and find the Julian date for 12 August...

For those people giving a low rating because it is not the type of information they want is ridiculous. Please rate the product and not your inability to read product description. This app works exactly as described.

There are Julian dates (typically 7 digits referring to the number of days since noon, November 24, 4714 BC) and the simpler 5 digit Julian calendar of 365 days in a year. They are not the same. This app is for the latter, and does a good job of it from what I can tell. But sadly wasn't what I was expecting. If the app is enhanced to explain the differences between these often confused constructs, and ideally calculate either one, I'll happily update my rating.

I have been using this app for years it has made my work so easy i don’t have to look at the calendars.Not sure why the app was removed from the app store but good to see its back again.
