“Slow cooker has started”

Since the last update that caused so many issues for everyone, mine will repeatedly send me alerts on my phone saying the slow cooker has started. I thought it was possibly disconnecting and reconnecting, but it’s not. For some reason this last update causes the alerts to keep resending to your phone for the duration of the cook time. I turned mine on manually today at 11:45am, before going to work, and as of 5:35pm I have received 7 notifications saying it has started. I asked my daughter to check it a few times and she said it’s working fine at home. Please fix the notification issue.

Connection issues 🤬

Everything worked perfectly until the update 1.2.6. It logged me out of the app. So I logged back in and thought everything was fine, until I tried to start my dinner while I was working. Nothing was working, I was not connected to the crockpot😱. For several days I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my connection, I kept walking away in frustration😡. The set up would get to 37% and say I’m connected, then the app would start right back at set up all over again. I was getting very frustrated🤬 then I read a comment saying to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After I did that everything seems to be working🤯. Lesson learned, when in doubt, uninstall and reinstall 😉.
Other than that one issue, I would highly recommend this product, the WiFi crockpot. 👍🏻👍🏻

Uninstall the app and reinstall after modem or phone updates

I just love the convenience of being able to turn the crockpot on and off. I Freeze uncooked meals in crock pot liners in the crock so I know they will fit in if my kids put them in the crock pot If I am traveling. Then I can adjust and even turn the crockpot on and off while I am away. I did it from Germany the last time and it worked beautifully. If you have any problems connecting your phone to the Wi-Fi after it initially worked well, you just need to Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Don’t give up!
