The features of the big PLUS button to add new visits and the 5 Site Types linked to the 11 Areas of Interests remains as is from the v.1.2 Version 2.0 allows additional capabilities when working with visits: 1.Single Sign-On (SSO) Users will log in using their SGS network credentials (name.surname@sgs.com and SGS network password). 2.SELF-REGISTRATION of new users SharePoint registration is no longer required. Upon first entry, new users are required to complete their user profile and can begin using the app immediately. 3.PHOTOS Ability to take on the spot photos as well as attaching from your gallery 4.‘Executive Comments’ (General Notes) Allows leaders to add general observations, summary notes, and comments not covered in Areas of Interest notes. 5.MICROPHONE ‘Voice-to-text’ feature allows dictating your notes instead of manual typing 6.‘Good’ and ‘Needs work’ rating buttons Allows leaders to quickly rate the Areas of Interests or individual findings 7.‘KEY-PHRASES’ List of typical findings that can be added to the visits report without typing 8.‘MARK VISIT AS COMPLETE’ Allows the OI team to update leader’s KPI in Crystal. Visit Findings/Notes/Photos remain editable within the OI App. 9.‘TRASH BIN’ – now allows deletion of wrong visits from phone and from the server (also good for deletion of test records) 10.E-MAIL REPORT The new HTML format of the visit report allows users to edit visit details on a PC with full-size keyboard and screen if needed. 11.HOME PAGE Visit ‘tiles’ displays the first photo taken during the visit and the status, allowing quick visits search and update. In v 2.0 we also continue monthly sync with Crystal KPI, the number of your leadership OI visits are updated without manual reporting.
