The feature connects directly to the Genasys Protect platform, providing location-specific evacuation data including evacuation zones, shelter locations, and emergency contact information. Users can view interactive maps showing evacuation boundaries, road closures, and safe routes. This feature is currently available for US locations and automatically centers on your current location for immediate access to local emergency information.

The Atlas is now loaded automatically, which means no app updates are needed for new maps. We will be adding maps continuously to the app without releasing a new version, so stay tuned. We added reload buttons to the Nearest Wildfires and Nearest Fires feeds on the Home screen for your convenience. The feeds are also updated every hour automatically. Bug fixes.

NASA is having some issues with VIIRS at the moment, so we included MODIS fires in the Nearest Fires feed on the top of the Home screen. There are a few UI improvements for iPad devices, and we removed the GOES-17 satellite images due to stability issues.

Added the Nearest Fires list to the top of Home screen. The list has the nearest fires (hotspots) that NASA satellites have detected. The list is there to provide you with quick access to the fire information that you need including: address, zip code, county, and neighborhood; the details can be viewed at a glance. There are several UI improvements in this version including an updated Globe Key. There are several wildfire incident fixes in this version including the removal of support for the Large Incidents from the USFS. Added NIFC perimeters to the Nearest Wildfires list on the Home screen. New CAL FIRE and InciWeb wildfire incident detail screens.
