tiMED is only available for use by physicians who are affiliated with, and a party to a Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”) with, HCA. tiMED is a mobile time tracking application that allows physicians to log their time spent performing services under their PSA, replacing the current manual paper process. The app provides an easy to use interface for physicians to select specific duties from his/her professional services agreement with HCA, provide a brief description of the work that was performed and electronically submit the timesheet for proper approvals. This electronic process will reduce approval times and the time to payment under the terms of the PSA.
The purpose of this enhancement is to modify the tiMED Mobile time entry application to not require the provider to enter job duty comments on specified GME job duties. For job duties where the comment is not required, the provider will still have the option to enter comments. This will only apply to GME contracts. Some of the GME job duties will be broken down into multiple job duties to provide more detail.
