Tackling Fraud: Collect is now fully SCA compliant. If a charge requires 3D Secure or any other bank authentication, it will be seamlessly handled by Collect in the most frictionless way possible. These authenticated charges remove any liability for you, the merchant, in cases of fraud – even including MANUALLY KEYED charges! We're working with Stripe continuously to stamp out fraud one update at a time.

Bluetooth Card Readers AND Lower Rates Not only are we integrating a sleek, ultra fast bluetooth reader, but Stripe is offering you discounted transaction rates when you use it with Collect for Stripe! Save instantly with Collect while accepting EMV chip, mag stripe, or even Apple Pay and Google Pay. This new reader does it all, and then some. Cardholder names captured by the A200 (audio jack) reader will now be added to the charge as metadata.

This version fixes a bug that affected a minority of users, wherein about 5-10% of charge results were not always being reported to their API callback links. If that sounds like a bunch of random words, you need not worry. Thanks for using Collect!
