If you have children and need to keep a track of their vaccinations or immunizations, Immunization Log is an easy to use app for you.
The app provides a sample list of vaccines and lets you save information like type, date, preferred doctor and the next dose date of the respective vaccine. Further, you can even customize the list of the vaccines and add according to your child's needs.
The app comes with multiple immunization record forms which can be easily maintained wherever you may be. Further, the app provides you with ability to send multiple records from the same workbook. Simply tap on the worksheet and start tracking.
You can email the record to yourself, save locally and print the record as well.
