Tried to renew my license online but it couldn’t. And the culprit was that my Basic profile name has my whole middle name while in my license it is only a middle initial. Send an email because that’s the only way to communicate. They responded but their people don’t have any access to fix whatever your problem on their website. It’s like both of you are new and trying to figure out how to solve it. Instead of being knowledgeable on clinicians and home health agencies problems with ther website, both of you are trying to figure it out. Not really helpful. Another thing, after your send an email asking for help, it’s a bot that answers you and telling you that your license is updated but when you try to check, it’s still the same thing. Yet it still sending you messages for unsolved problem.

AxxessCare is an amazing concept/program. I was tired of working below my worth for facilities. I was tired of someone telling me I had to work weekends and holidays or losing money if I didn’t. It also helped me out when filing taxes as I was considered self employed and got to claim all my expenses. This is definitely the way to go! It’s just frustrating you are hiring a call center agent name Nikki and doesn’t have idea how your app works. Worst is that your agent will assume what’s on her mind and not checking what the real problem is. You need to train your call center agent because we are dealing with real patients and real people. I’m one of your clinicians that is very frustrated and very disappointed with her action.

I started performing visits on AxxessCare about 3 weeks ago. This is a great app! I loved getting paid 2 and 5 Days after completing my visits. I did have to call a few agencies to get report and would like to see a reporting feature added. Some agencies are really great with messaging. Being able to start my navigation to the patient, documenting my visit in the home on the app and having the patient to sign us super easy. Please include the ability to complete the woundcare on the app soon.
