Most of the time this app is great and just what I wanted. When I try to move photos or videos to a different album the pictures that I select do not transfer, if I try to move 5 photos it will move 5 different photos at random, and won’t transfer the 5 I had selected. Also I did have a video album that had like 350 videos and that whole album seemed to have gotten corrupted and none of the videos will play nor can I download them. However having this app for a few years that is the only time that has ever happened and I’m not too sure if it was my phone or the app that made it happen. Again, I had a problem where it seemed like all my photos and video were completely cleared out like it had deleted literally everything I had stored on the app. I just restored my phone from a few days before and I thankfully got them all back. Again, not too sure if that was due to the app malfunctioning or my phone being stupid, which is an IPhone 13 Pro Max. Overall a good app and works almost as I want it to.

One star is even too much for this!!! I was somewhat happy with this app, until I decided to send a video to a friend. I couldn’t figure out how to do that since that app was the only place the video was stored. I decided to purchase the app to see if that could solve my dilemma. Nope, once I purchased the app, it would immediately crash and not even open! I emailed the company and have gotten no response thus far. Hopefully you don’t need their customer service for anything because it seems non existent. So as far as I can see, it’s a functional app as long as you don’t pay for it. I wouldn’t trust photos/videos to it solely though. You may not be able to send them to anyone or retrieve them if something happens to your phone. I’m out the money I paid for the app, but it’s money well spent if I can warn others about the potential problems.It’s an iPhone 7s Plus with iOS 13.2.3I just upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro Max, all of my apps were transferred. I tried getting into this app again and there seems to be no way to login. It seems like you have to create a new account. I even used the same email address and passcode as originally. Even if I didn’t, theres no “forgot user ID” or “forgot password” to help me get back into the app that I paid for. The account I logged into, there aren’t any photos there. Don't waste your money paying for this app. What a nightmare!

So I have been using this app for awhile now and it has worked great and exactally as advertised, but I have run into a issue as of recent that really annoys me, for some reason when I go to upload pictures now the order I selected to upload them in no longer applies, I used to be able to upload pictures in a specifc order but now the app will randomize where the pictures showed up, it would be fine if I was able to change the position of where the pictures were but unfortunately I can't move them around one they are inside, it would also be nice if I could change the thumbnail of the folders too, but I'm not sure if that will ever become a feature. Either way I still love the app I just hope this problem gets fixed and once it does it will go back to being the absolute best app for hiding any type of data you see fit, I love it for organization.
