Improvements to syncing logic.

Added a new Occupancy History feature that allows users to view previous inspections, findings, and reports for an occupancy directly from within an inspection form.

Fixed a bug that would cause the date range filter to ignore the starting limit of the selected range.

Improved Navigation & User Experience: -Navigation bar controls have been reorganized to reduce clutter and improve usability. -All navigation bar controls are now accessible under an overflow menu if screen size is too small. -Improved navigation behavior across modules when using the “More” menu on iPhone. -Added visual indicators when the app is loading or refreshing map/list data. Form Improvements: -When opening a form, the first section is now automatically selected on iPad. -Users are now prompted to save or discard changes when navigating away from edited rich text fields. -Help text popups are now scrollable for long content. -Improved rendering of fillable PDF documents in preview mode so all layers and entered information display correctly. Emailing: -Fixed issue introduced by iOS 26 that caused the cancel button to disappear when emailing a completed report on iPad. Email pop-up does not open in fullscreen anymore, allowing the user to cancel by tapping away/swiping the popup off screen. -Enhanced email contact selection popups to support pulling contacts from multiple tables. Authentication & Login Improvements: Improved login handling for edge cases involving blank account names. Module-Specific Improvements: -When creating a new inspection, inspection type and form selectors are now searchable for faster selection. -Added safeguards to ensure SmartCheck always opens in list view. + other minor bug fixes and improvements.

Temporary build to address UI issues introduced by iOS 26.

Updated a dependency that was causing the app to crash when a user would open an inspection from the list view
