This app is fantastic, if anyone had issues in the past I am sure the developer fixed problem, I have not been charged and when my free trial is over I expect to be charged. My initial recorded calls went off without a hitch. Love this app and it has an especially easy to use tutorial. Try it I think you’ll be glad you did!!

3 day trial is a SCAM

Over Presidents weekend I looked for a call recorder for FaceTime calls with my daughter. I found this app with a 3-day trial, then if you don’t cancel within 3 days they are suppose to charge you. I tried for 3 hours to make this recorder work and it did not despite what the online instructions say. It would tape with no sound. I then immediately went to subscriptions in my iPhone X and Call Recorder already charged me a full year!!! What a scam!! You don’t offer a 3-day trial as click bait then charge someone $79 for a full year.I canceled the subscription I had for roughly 2-3 hours and it just shut down my ability to use but left the $79 charge. So I waited to see it come off or be refunded but nope it still shows canceled with a FULL year charge. That is a huge scam! I didn’t agree to a full year. I chose the 3 day trial. They even have one week, one month, and so on. Why on earth was I immediately charged 1 year?!!I really hope Call Recorder refunds must money or I will call my Bank and report the scam, along with making sure I post it all over Facebook & Instagram to warn all my friends and family. I then will follow up with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable and I am very upset with the click bait scam.We will see if they have a decent customer service department and wish to right a wrong. I own a real estate franchise with my family and we always live by the customer is always right. This would be the same scenario if I showed a home for sale. Then emailed the clients that an offer was accepted that they had no idea about. That would never happen and this should not happen! These apps are getting out of control and it’s time things change!!! I won’t stop until this is resolved because I believe in ethics and integrity NOT theft or Scam!

If not, you can call the phone operator service to open this service. and then you can use our app to recording.3. Do you do merge operation in dial plate after connect the other side if support conference calling to sure you can recorder the sound of the other？If convenience, can you share us the detail where it does not work ? we can help you find the issue why it does not work and we can fix some bug and update our app to provide better service for your customer.~ thank you for you suggestion~ We offer a free trial for three days, then we charge an upgraded version per week / year. If you want to unsubscribe，according to the Private Policy of Apple, developers are not allowed to access to your subscription management. So you need to do unsubscription by yourself. And you can cancel the subscription on your phone via (System Settings ->iTunes & App Store ->Click your AppleID and choose View AppleID->Subscription->Find our App and do Cancle Subscription operation), then you can manage your subscriptions on your iPhone settings directly. Then you will not be charged later. And if you wang to refund. I downloaded this app for a class assignment and to use in my practice when I conduct interviews. A little clunky with how it records calls, I need to add and merge the call to my current call which interrupts the flow of conversation between me and the interviewee. I was also promised transcription and this app doesn’t do it. Decided to go with another app, hopefully I’m not charged the $80 for it even though I’ve cancelled a few hours after installing because my needs weren’t met.Aside from all that it recorded my call and the file uploaded to the app shortly after.

I bought the yearly subscription after using the app successfully for a couple of years. I decided to bite the bullet after accepting a reporting job that involved a lot of phone interviews.This last week, it has been dropping calls every other time I use it.
