I have had these lights for about a year and a half and suddenly they have stopped working. I have tried resetting, but they won’t even turn on. Their WiFi is not available on my phone and I can’t figure out what else I can try to fix these. So frustrated. Wish I could talk to someone to help me fix these lights.

I found a slight learning curve but once I understood the proccess its been easy to add more lights to my system and control them all easily from my phone.My one complaint about the app is the fact that it defaults to red when you close and reopen. The lights are still on the setting I left them but when I reopen the app its always set to red. Easy enough to fix it but I wish that was not an issue. The programming for changes throughout the day only worked for a few days before resetting to the default too.overall I have been happy w this product!

My dog chewed my led remote so i was stuck on white light for the longest time. I found the old box to my led strips and saw there was an app available so I tried it. The app is outdated but still works, easy to set up and connect. There are so many functions on this app and I highly recommend

I, personally, didn’t have a problem connecting to my WiFi. It took a few tries, but when I got it (by accident) it honestly worked perfectly. I love these lights so much, I just wish there was a cooler white.
