Services for EBL customers include - Account and Card Information, Biometric Login, Fund Transfer using any EBL account and card, Utility Bill Payment (BTCL, DESCO, DPDC etc.), instant mobile top-up, fund transfer to bKash, EBL ZIP and Benefit Partners Information, Positive Pay Instruction, Meet & Greet and Other Service Requests and many more.
You can use your EBL Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card or Account information for 1st time Enrollment of SKYBANKING from anywhere, anytime, without visiting EBL branch.
EBL SKYBANKING ensures highest level of security with 2 Factor Authentication that allows secured fund transfers.

Please fix transaction list
1) It takes too long for transactions to appear. 2) The app only shows last five transactions & 3) the transactions are not detailed at all. Please fix this. Please change it to more than 5 transactions & atleast enter who made the charge & post the transactions quicker. Your transaction section is not sufficient to say the least and needs improvement as soon as possible. We are in year 2022.

Touch ID not available
After this update, I cannot set up my touch id instead of password. It is too embarrassing to enter the password every time. Please fix this as soon as possible. Also all of the green button like “Accept” or “Decline” not working. I want to go back to the previous version.

Not a user friendly Retail Banking App
They send error messages while trying to do a BEFTN or transfer to Bkash. The transfer is always unsuccessful. On the other hand these fund transfers can be made through their skybanking website. That means I will always have to use a web browser to do a transfer. Then there is no point of having this app. Needless to mention that their NPSB service is off for a long time now. We are doing BEFTN for urgent payments and waiting at least a day to realize that transfer is successful whereas lame banks like DBBL have active NPSB server. This is totally unexpected from a bank like EBL.
