WEOKIE Mobile 4+

The new look and speed of the app has been a delight. I enjoy seeing all the new bells and whistles.

However, I am extremely disappointed in the change to viewing transaction details.

I think it is worth two stars to be informative and helpful on what/who my money is going to. If I have suspicious activity I can’t even tell because there aren’t ANY details to see. Why do I have to make an inquiry over a $3 transaction? It is infuriating. I want to know if I went to Taco Bell or if someone else did with my money.

This app used to be a bit clunky but it still deserved at least 4 stars compared to this new update. Please change the level of information people can see on their own transactions.

I’m getting used to the Weokie app since the update. It’s a lot harder to login because of the security features. Which is a good thing. I gave 5 stars just because I’ve been a member since 1978. When I get used to all the changes I’ll be alright.

The new upgrade is going to be great! The new app is lagging a bit. But not far off!
Needs a few things:

Ach payments and transfers just show as a withdraw with no description as to what the payment was for or whom it was to.

Would be very nice to be able to reorganize the accounts to your preferred order for viewing purposes.

I miss being able to see balance and actual available (due to auth holds)

The app doesn't get very detailed into transaction as before.

I know the website is far better for visibility but the old app was better than the new app in this area.

I travel ALOT. And rely on the app vs being able to access a computer. I realize I may be a minority however these “fixes” could make a good product GREAT!
