We’ve noticed that you guys are getting better at chess by the day…and many of you have now completed all levels of Mate In One - so we have a NEW challenge for you: MATE IN TWO! To gain access to Mate In Two, you need to gain Sturling Pounds (you’ll get 100 Sturling for free from us - a gift from Pip Perry). Win games in The Foolish King Live league and gain 10 Sturling, or draw and gain 5 Sturling. Over and out for now, Woogle

Here is the big announcement...!! The world of Stur has launched its own currency, 'Sturling'. Start collecting Sturling now and prepare for the many new features to come - the more you collect the more you can improve your chess and work your way up the leaderboard! Over and out! Woogle

iPhone SE users - this announcement is for you! A bug got into the Openings and Mate In One in the Learn and Improve section - after a lot of chasing we managed to wipe the bug out. It is advisable that all users update the app to this version. That’s all for now! By the way - check out the leaderboard…we have a real battle going on for top of the Spring Leaderboard. We have some exciting news for you…with the squishing of a few bugs, some great new players on our Live Worldwide League and 1000’s of zaps being made, we have now added a helping hand to those not yet in the Worldwide League…if you are a ‘head to head’ or ‘vs computer’ Foolish King member - check out the new pop ups at the end of a game…also our How To Play is now ‘Learn and improve’ with a complete revamp in design and tutorials available inside. We've fixed a small bug, where a move you made is shown twice in a live match. Enjoy The Foolish King - see you on the world wide chess leaderboard!

We've wiped out some small annoying bugs and added some improvements to enhance your app experience: -There is now a slight delay to the computer's turn when you are playing in '1 Player' mode - we realise it was super fast before! -We've added some more information to your player statistics on The Foolish King Live menu The Foolish King characters have joined us on the leaderboard. Find a new opponent and you could be matched with any one of them, even The Foolish King himself! See you in the chess arena!
