Radiation City
Welcome to the world of Radiation City where a great survival adventure awaits you!
Forty years after the unfortunate accident of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, destiny brings you to the area of carefully recreated city of Pripyat. Uncover the amazing story, untangle the mystery and try to save your loved one.
This is not an easy task. It’s a huge open world area filled with dangers and anomalies. Hungry predators and sub-human creatures, they all want a piece of you. The elements, combined with radiation and unexplained phenomenon, make the lovely looking environment a place where you shouldn’t be. Yet, here you are.
Scavenge for resources inside any building and especially the landmarks of Pripyat: hotel Polissya, the cultural center, cinema Prometheus, the swimming pool and all the abandoned flat buildings. Craft and choose your gear wisely. Discover and use the campsites for safely passing the nights. Equipment, weapons and the vehicles you may find and use are your only friends.
Good luck!

Ratings and Reviews
Just needs a few tweaks
It's a good game and fans of Radiation Island will enjoy playing. It's has a sprawling map that offers days of play and good replay value. However, I agree with other reviewers that there are several gameplay and technical issues that can make it incredibly frustrating at times. Crafting is limited to only a few, non-critical items which requires you to stop progress on tasks and spend a huge amount of time gathering. Cars are now used as storage crates but the cars disappear off the map (even though their location is still shown on the map) at random taking all of your items with them. The largest backpack is super rare to find and holds 15 items. After food, multiple necessary water canteens and basic medical, there isn't much left for ammo and boosters. There are several items that you find with great frequency but after playing through twice, I still cannot determine a use for them at any point in the game. Until you level up quite a bit, walking is seriously slow going.
I greatly appreciate that the developers are trying to address our collective issues and have already pushed an update based on our concerns. With a fix for the disappearing cars and some of the graphic glitches, it will easily be worth the cost.
Lol RIP Vehicle
Like a lot of others, I played Rad Island. This one has been fun. The zombies at the military bases might need to be toned down due to you exit a building to store gear in a vehicle and come back and the door shut or locks sometimes and the mobs respawns. The vehicle disappeared in the game but on the map and mini map it shows it still there. I've got a lot of supply and ammo packed in the vehicle and would like to see it back. It seemed to of disappeared when I logged out for the first time. I haven't walked all the way back to where I got it yet to see if it despawned back to its home point yet, but the map shows it outside where I'm at. I do miss the crafting house and loot chests from the first game but I understand. To those having problems with storage look for different grades of clothes. Military tends to allow more storage on you person. Another tip going into UI setting and move your move some stuff around such as spread your movement arrow slightly more apart helps on smaller devices an such. The UI is customizable so try it out a bit.
*Update. Thank you for the response it currently the vehicle has not reappeared after patch. Do I need to just start over?

*Update: sadly, the old cars won't reappear. The patch insures your new cars will never disappear
Awesome graphics but
Update Sept. 5
Gave it another try. Stranded by my tent, with wolves hanging about. I cannot do a thing without being attacked over and over. Horribly balanced. I can say I rocked radiation island and love that game! Spent many many hours on it and felt it was balanced quite well. I just can't figure this one out. The graphics are awesome, but I seem to find everything but freaking weapons (not including pointless sticks)...as long as wolves aren't around. I feel justified in rating this, given the prior rad game was one I mastered. Seriously. I feel I wasted a few bucks on this. Sorry. Just being honest.
I love radiation island. I have logged some serious game time in that sucker and now just run around shooting up the place. This new one has amazing graphics. A few things I noticed is weapons are freaking tough to come by after being killed multiple times and random sticks are worthless against everything. Walking sideways is super super slow and clunky and I like to do that to keep an eye out on distant zombies while moving . I don't know how else to put it. The destinations while sometimes far are easy on foot, I feel I can never be adequately prepared for a zombie to attack me, depleting all the bandages and medicines I needed. I wish you could hold more from the get go. This has great potential but aside from graphics, island is tons better.
Developer Response ,
Hi and thank you for the feedback! Actually, guns can be found if you explore all the buildings carefully Don't give up! *Update: you can at any point change the difficulty of the game to Exploration (meaning that enemies no longer attack you) in order to get out of that situation, then change it back. If you explore carefully every building, you will find better gear and better weapons that will allow you to progress
