Worst healthcare app

Ever other insurance provider I’ve had previously offered an efficient and user-friendly app to streamline policy coverage and care. This is the worst I’ve ever seen. Starting with signing in, lack of Face ID integration requiring email otp every time, does not have any policy information, no way to save member ID to digital wallet or capacity to access benefit information or submit claims outside of the portal. There seem to be multiple apps for different things? This whole system is totally antiquated and a big company like Cigna really needs to do better to keep up. I was told they’re working on a big overhaul to update and hope this is true - developers, please listen to feedback.

The buggiest thing I have ever encountered

So frustrating! I have been trying for the past 24h to log in, and it doesn’t work. Funniest thing? It always shows different type of login errors, although I change nothing from the information I give. One time all of a sudden it worked and I logged in. Guess what? It opened the interface of Cigna Envoy App instead. So i try to log out, and log in again without changing anything…LOG IN ERROR POPS UP. Like how? I just logged in with the same information 3 seconds ago.Moreover, when I tried to register, it says “if you don’t see a confirmation email, contact us”. The confirmation email never arrived, so, I pressed ‘contact us’ which appears hyperlinked, and it literally does nothing. It doesn’t redirect me to another page, it doesn’t show any phone numbers or email address, nothing!!!I was trying to use this app because I was not feeling well, but ironically it somehow just reallyyy worsened my wellbeing!Either fix this app, or delete it altogether. The ratings should be telling you a lot by now.

App does not launch visits

I downloaded the app with the sole purpose of launching a visit. When I attempt to launch the visit it says ‘oops something went wrong’. I call customer support to report it, they ask me when a telehealth provider can call me. I say, tomorrow afternoon and proceed to get 3 phone calls that same evening (when I said I was unavoidable). Followed by ‘sorry we missed you’ emails and a request to rate the service. This app has ONE job. Do better Cigna. With as much money as you make from premiums, invest back into this app to ensure its functionality at minimum works.

App is not very convenient. I booked an global Telehealth appointment for 8 pm my local time but had no way to confirm which time was being used ( note to developers:pls add that feature on the appointment section just so it’s clear) Anyway 8pm came and went but I did not receive any call, email, nothing. So I am quite confused as to what went wrong. An hour later, the appointment disappeared from the consultations window making me believe that my local time was the right time.What is the customer service of the app, where do I ask follow up questions?
