I have enjoyed the app however one of the major issues I have is that in order to watch PPVs we have to order it through cable or FITE TV. On top of that even after the live event it takes days (not hours) for the PPV to be made available. This is absolutely ridiculous. Other streaming platforms (WWE, ROH, etc) allow their subscribers to watch PPVs live. It doesn’t even make sense that after the PPV is over it takes days to be available on the app. Paying an additional $40 or so when you’re already an Impact Plus subscriber does not make sense. Pay per views are a thing of the past most of the other wrestling companies have moved to the streaming format (even though they have the option of watching the PPV on cable) and as long as you’re a subscriber you can watch their PPVs live on the streaming app. IMPACT you need to do the same. The only people that should have to order the PPVs through cable and FITE TV are those who are fans but not Impact Plus subscribers.

I wish I could give this app and this service 0 stars because that’s just how I feel. We have had issues with the app and with the website for Impact for MONTHS now! At one point, they were charging us TWICE per month because we signed up on the website, and through the app (we had to sign up in the app because it wasn’t recognizing our account from signing up through the website)! I just now sat here for 30 minutes trying to cancel my subscription because there is no way to contact this company! They say you can reply to an email, you try to reply, and the “email address cannot be found”. There is no contact number for support, only message request chat service on the website where they take your name, email address and message and will “get back to you as soon as they can”. We love impact wrestling and were looking forward to watching all the shows whenever we want, but this system, this app, and this service is severely flawed. We will not be rejoining anytime soon. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience!

I typically watch impact the morning after it airs. I had been doing this via twitch which sucked because the episode would only be there sometimes and occasionally I’d have to scrub through a 24hr long video to do so, then I became aware of this app. I love that the most recent episode of impact is right there, clearly labeled when I open the app. Why isn’t this being advertised?? My only problem is that if I want to cast it to my tv I loose the ability to pause, fast forward, or rewind. Why was this overlooked? On every other steaming app if you cast to another device the rectangle where the video appears on my phone retains its other capabilities. Also, what is the point of subscribing if it doesn't give you access to PPVs????? I’ve never watched a live impact PPV but I would watch them all if the impact + subscription included them (and I would only subscribe if that was the case).

The app overall is good but needs work. The fact that I can’t go to the search menu and look up a specific wrestler makes it feel outdated. the app has logged me out multiple times, the PPV selection isn‘t current, and what I mean by that is I should have the same PPV’s that are listed in Fite TV even if it’s a week later. As of this writing (Using a Roku 4k Streaming Stick) I’m in the categories section and some of the boxes show things like “Latest Impact” or “Main Event Mondays” but some other boxes are blank with the generic “photo not found” image. I paid for the year, and it feels like I should’ve paid for the month to see how it was, but I’m invested in the Impact Wrestlers. I love this brand over the others that are out there because I feel like the group that’s here puts it all out there. It’s honestly a shame if going forward nothing is done t prioritize their app
