ID123 is a mobile ID card application for schools, businesses and membership organizations. Administrators can use the cloud-based ID management system to securely issue and manage digital ID cards into this mobile app.
In addition to student ID cards, school administrators can issue digital school ID cards to parents and teachers. They can also improve campus safety by creating temporary IDs for school meetings and events.
Business administrators can issue digital employee photo ID cards, as well as temporary ID cards to their interns, guests, contractors, and temporary workers through the cloud-based ID management system.
Membership administrators can issue mobile ID cards to their members with preset expiration dates. If desired, they can also enable their members to share their digital photo ID cards to their family members’ mobile devices.

1. Support for Universal Links - The ID123 Apps now support universal links to view and install the cards. Cards not already installed will open to the Add Card screen.
2. Redesigned App Profile Page - The Profile page has been redesigned to make it easier to add and manage additional email addresses linked to the ID123 App account.
3. Autopoluate Unique Identifier - The ID123 Apps now automatically fill in the Unique Identifier on the Add Card screen (if known) when enabled.
4. Updated Photo Cropper - The App’s card photo cropping tool has been updated for better accuracy.
5. Media Expiration Dates - Added an expiration label on card media badges to display when media badges are set to expire.
6. Enhanced QR Code Generation - QR codes generated in the ID123 Apps now support UTF-8 encoding for special characters.
7. Replaced Native Web Views - Web views in the apps have been replaced with a more secure in-app web interface.
8. Redesigned Add Card Page - The Add Card page has been redesigned with a clearer design, including a checkbox for Terms of Use.
9. Authentication Popup - A pop-up is now displayed when a card requires authentication with an email address.
10. SSO Authentication Popup - A pop-up is now displayed to notify users when the wrong email is used during SSO login.
11. UI Improvements – Minor user interface improvements to enhance the app experience.
12. Accessibility Improvements – Updated screen reader labels for improved clarity.
