Ok. I loaded the app... not bad I thought... I put the figures... ok... now I want to see what the budget would look like if I attempted to pay off the mortgage early. Double check figures. They’re correct. Hit the button to compute the map... hmmmm. Have to pay to unlock this feature... hit the unlock button as it is the only way to find how much they want for this... 70 bucks monthly or 899 for a year??? Nope. I can use pen and paper and do the math myself... NOT WORTH that much... advise other users to. To waste time downloading unless you can afford to pay jacked up prices

The solutions are based on income, positive cash flow (This is the money left after you pay your bills.), the interest rate of the line of credit and the amount of money you are putting aside for savings each month. The principles are straight forward; however, our financial advisers, bankers, and CPAs are not taught the power of managing your average daily balance (In Canada, it's the daily interest charge) in maximizing the interest your bank either pays you or charges you.Our solutions are enabling each user to use the same strategy our bank uses so effectively to generate profit.
