The Team App is designed to directly sync with ClubReady online, allowing for a mobile to desktop experience. The app syncs all data points between the two and gives a comprehensive seamless experience between the two platforms.

Hello dysfunction

Several boutique fitness business’ use club ready, yet this ridiculous company has the audacity to have useless apps that are not helpful for anyone. With sooo many 1 star reviews, why not actually do something about this?? You can pretty much only view things in this app, which is pointless, but I’ve still been using it. Most recently, it won’t keep me logged into the app, so I have to type my login info (because there’s no Touch ID), and I have to set my schedule everytime I have to log back in. I actually didn’t think the app could get any worse than it was but, but it certainly has.

Our Pure Barre studio recent switched to ClubReady as part of a chain-wide migration. The Team app does NOT: 1) allow you to switch instructors on the schedule, 2) view class schedules beyond 2 weeks, and 3) provide indication to the teacher if there is new client on the schedule. This Team app serves little-to-no utility from a staff perspective unless you are only using it to check-in clients or cancel their reservation. If you wished to do anything #1-3, the teacher would need to access web interface for PB from a desktop (the mobile version of their website is not coded properly and skews menu views due to overlapping items from a iOS perspective).

I teach a multiple CP studios. I’m required to have separate usernames for each studio, and log in separately by logging out and in. CP bridge trained instructors (in the least) should be able to see all of their studios’ schedules via a drop down. Especially with same owner multi studio schedules. The franchise is booming…lets support the staff with a functional, reliable and modern App.As of today, the app is not loading any of my schedule at the studio where I am at the most. There is no way to check for updates in App.
