Excellent app, especially appletv

I’ve been using both the appletv and iPhone app for a few weeks now, and I’m pretty pleased with it. I have had zero issues with the appletv app and only a couple minor ones on the iPhone app, specifically trouble exiting some class screens when in the collections. I was a little hesitant to purchase the app based on some of the reviews, but I’m really glad I did! It’s pretty incredible content and it looks like they’re periodically improving the software usability based on the feedback.

Adding comment here as well since this is XPass parent company.Purchased membership as it was the only membership I could find for Rumble on Thursday. When I realized I could purchase through Rumble, I attempted to cancel on Friday. On Saturday, I attempted to cancel my class and membership but received an error when canceling the class. So I used the chat to have them help, explaining that I could not cancel through the app. Sunday I follow up and have an email saying they could not cancel because I attended the Rumble class.. I did attend the class but I paid through rumble and paid for a membership through Rumble!! So now I have two memberships and am paying twice and no one there can seem to help me. Their customer service is a disaster and they state you can cancel within 3 days of purchase “hassle free” but it has been more than a hassle to get anyone there to help. If you decide to purchase this app, good luck! I never leave reviews unless it is positive normally but this company has me irritated…

I signed up for a free 14 day trial where I had to put in my credit card information. After taking a class I tried logging back in but it said no subscription was found. 2 weeks later I was charged and when I finally got through to customer service they said they weren’t able to help me and to reach out to apple apps because that’s how I signed up. Apple customer service looked into it and said I don’t have an active subscription through them and that I was also not charged through Apple apps. They recommended I dispute the charges and report the app. What a headache! I’ve tried reaching out to customer multiple times since then but haven’t been able to reach anyone. They have an automated bot system that’s says they will connect you with someone but nobody has contacted me. Beware!!
