The app is good to keep the communication open between the teachers, parents and students. But, I will really help, if the notifications feature could be added to allow better service.

This app has been very helpful in being able to communicate with the teachers and the staff at the school and being able to see past overall grades. This app would be so much better if they could just simply add push notifications, which apparently has been suggested for a couple of years now, and hasn’t been done so the company must not care to improve their product. The other improvement would be if we could see each grade that is being entered into the system on the day that the grade is for so that as a parent we can keep up with what the teacher is putting into the system. We can also help catch any mistakes and address any issues with the teacher. With these improvements this app would excellent.

Doesn’t have any way to receive push notifications. The notifications only come by email if you set your account up to receive them. So if a teacher emails, there is not a push notification to the app, there is only an email sent to you notifying that you have a message and you have to set your account up to receive those.

Also could use some visual updates. The look is dated.

The last gripe is the the functionality like for ordering lunch is not available on the app. So some functionality is not available unless you actually go online to their website.
