I was so unhappy with getting my prescriptions at CVS. I was just a number to them. If they didn’t have it ready when they said they would it was like oh well. No customer service. Their personnel changes constantly. I was so sick of it! Then I stopped by Reidville Rd Pharmacy. I walked in and was greeted by Manish who used to be the pharmacist at CVS when I first started going there when their customer service was important. I decided to bring my prescription to Reidville Rd pharmacy and I’ve been very happy with results. I feel like my business is appreciated. I wish I had done it sooner. I’m telling my family and anyone else who’ll listen to change to Reidville Rd Pharmacy. You won’t regret it!!

Lovely Pharmacy
This pharmacy is very lovely! Too many other pharmacies are judgmental and rude or accuse you of pharmacy shopping when the fact is I didn’t know that was even a thing! I typically try to stick to the same pharmacy but sometimes they do not have what you need and you have no choice, or the prices, whatever the case. Everyone is NOT a drug addict yet that’s how you are viewed for using a new pharmacy or having to go on vacation with your doctors approval! I can go on and on but I love this place they were all very nice and I will be transferring all of my many medications there! I have to say thank you!

Lovely Pharmacy

I’ve used Wal Mart pharmacy, Union Drug, Family Drug, CVS, and more! But the first time my husband & I went to pick up my sister n law's medication for her, the lady at the window amazed us at the customer service! She was nice, friendly, had a really great attitude! And so we both switched right then and there! And we have been there every since. I don’t see use going to any other pharmacy!!!! We just love the girls at Big Stone Gap Economy Drug!!! I highly recommend!!! Seriously people those girls are amazing!

This app ONLY tells you the name of the medication you get absolutely no more information. It does not tell you how many milligrams, it does not tell you when you picked up your last refill and when it’s due. This is not a helpful app. Walgreens tells you it shows you everything and you can just look and see when everything is due and when you filled it last. I guess that’s the only place that does that.I would give it zero stars but you can’t. THIS IS A HORRIBLE APP!Don’t waste your time it is not helpful at all and totally not user-friendly. I would use way more expletives however I know I can’t.Use the app RX LOCAL it actually has the information you will need for your prescriptions.
