NEED IMPROVEMENT TO FLAG/REPORT LYING CUSTOMERS HURTING SMALL BUSINESS!!

I have a relative who owns a small business and saw so many lying customers. They received the right orders but tried to lie and report to Grab to get partial/full refunds. And the shop got reported for incidents because of their lies!!! GRAB, PLEASE!! 🙏 We need your help to develop features to get these customers reported and close accounts for their lying. If the shops can get reported for incidents, why can’t the lying customers for their wrong doings?!! Example 1: they received all orders but they took a picture of all (except a few “missing” items) claiming they didn’t receive all (the shop had all the footage showing all items were shipped). Yet Grab still agreed to refund them!! And the small business got incident counts for NOTHING because of their lies! Example 2: they received an oreo waffle correctly (the shop also had footage). Then they cut extra banana by themselves and added onto the waffle saying the shop added by mistake and wanted a refund! LOL. But they put the banana so nicely, not knowing the other oreo crumbs and sauce were moved around during delivery. WHAT A JOKE!! 🤣🤣THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT! 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
