Ab workout

I love how this app starts out easy then builds slowly enough that I can keep up and stick with it without feeling overly exhausted or intimidated. I’m noticing a difference already after only a week because I can be consistent and enjoy myself! Thanks so much!

Good workouts, confusing data

I enjoy the workouts and have seen improvements. Def keeps me motivated but my concern is that the Kcals being reported don’t make any sense. The app says I am burning on average 300+ calories per 7 min session. This is outrageous as it is expected to burn 5-7 calories per minute on and exercises. Therefore is should say at the most 49 calories per 7 minute workout. Besides the “reports” section this is a good app. Easy to navigate, lots of different workouts, and encourages you to make it a habit.

awsome app, would give a 4.7

this app is really good and i’ve definitely seen some results, but i wish that it would extend to more than 30 days and also, i was hoping to see some better results... these are the few cons that i’ve found by using this app, but there are definitely lots of pros. The app motivated me to get fit, the exercises are very detailed. Overall, great!!! Thank you so much!!! (definitely recommend)
