I tried to buy ticket, chose city and date, route, and started to enter email and my name. The text is invisible. Same problem with registration: can choose date of birth, but name field is empty no matter what I type.

Trying to buy a ticket on here is pointless. It shows literally every bus in existence as being “full.”This of course is a lie, so don’t download this app and instead go to their website, where you can view the plethora of empty seats on the same buses that the app showed as full.

Infobus canceled my bus without any notification! No email, no call, nothing! I found out only at the station and had to spend extra time and money to find another way to travel. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I will never use Infobus again!
