Did not ask for password when I purchased wash package . When I go to check washes available it asks for password but no way to create a password

Not happy with Credit one
I bought a regular wash monthly plan, the app doesn’t show what package I purchased only shows more options to purchase more. I tried upgrading from regular unlimited to ultimate unlimited and was charged for both unlimited plans at the end of the month. When I go to the car wash kiosk, the barcode never works to enter, the attendant always has to run over, enter his pin and has to scan my barcode just before entering the car wash! Holds the entire line of cars up every time. Like this concept, but get it to work correctly!!

Not happy with Credit one

Local business offers discount through app, but won’t tell you what the app is unless you give contact info. So I do, get a text at my number to the link, download app, all errors. Find log in, enter same phone number as before, told account does not exist z d to contact car wash. You know, it ain’t worth jumping through all these hoops for a few bucks off a car wash.... especially when you don’t even get it in the end.

The app loads up then when trying to login it’s useless. Doesn’t send a link for login or forgot password. If for some reason you get logged out or change phones, you’ll never be able to log back in to update your account.
