I’m so pleased with the depth and thoughtfulness this app offers. I get a better sense of who someone is with the layout of the profile & its options. I’ve made friends and been on a date with someone (we’re friends now :) ...aaand I love the “events” option that allows me to see what’s happening in my community more on the self healing-soundbath-meditation-cuddle events- Burningman scene. Kindra hosts its own monthly events also with optional fun costume themes. My favorite is the partner body painting workshop during the party - it’s a unique experience 💖💖🥳

This app seems interesting and takes a unique approach to finding people. It would be really cool if it worked; but in my experience, it doesn’t. After being in this app for a while, I noticed I didn’t receive any messages. So I decided to send some messages myself, even though I usually wait for men to send me the first message. I got a notification that one guy responded to me, but it disappeared as soon as I opened the app. I sent him another message explaining that I didn’t see what he wrote me and asked him to try again. It appears the same thing happened the second time, but without a notification, because the message button is on for him and it’s off for the others. (I also can’t tell when they last logged in, maybe they didn’t ignore me and are just inactive.) The messages section remains blank. I can’t even view the messages I’ve sent to people.

I am new to the app but one person I liked wrote me back texted with a story about being out of the country, working for NATO, entire family deceased, ex-wife embezzled all his money. It all seemed implausible and after a while I got the feeling someone other than person in profile photos was trying to get a phone number get as much information about me as possible in text. After I said I’d be interested in meeting in public when they were back in the country and didn’t want to continue the exchange in text or off the app, they persisted in saying “there are steps before we meet in person” and tried to further engage. I feel in my gut that this profile was a fake. This app needs verification procedures and to allow online chatting and video on its platform.

This is hopefully a part one of two review. I am new to the app and can’t speak toward results. I am not a fan of dating apps, but this one genuinely offers a unique experience. The profile layout is simple and easy to use, but offers a layer of depth that is important to finding true meaningful connection.What I love most is the idea of doing things rather than playing the swiping game. Let people see the things you are into and what you spend your time and money on. Where do you put your energy and resources? These speak volumes and allows like-minded people join that journey. The events are inspired and offer fun ways to explore with a potential partner. If nothing else you’ll probably walk away with a few new friends. Whether I find that special someone here or not I can say this app has been worth the time and effort.
