Just terrible

Company has multiple Apps and the directions for my unit don’t even have directions for how to enable it’s WiFi to explain which app it is. There is also a scam app with their branding on it.Once the headache of account creation was completed the app is absolutely worthless it’s freezes, and I can’t even figure out how to add my device.I called support and they refused to create a trouble ticket for me to get support without my physical address. Red flag for a shady company selling all your information.

This app doesn’t work and Hisense is scamming people on their portable Air Conditioners Wi-Fi capability. No instructions in the paper manual and no instructions on any other site or video of people having success making the Wi-Fi work. This is a CCP brand product so don’t expect honesty. Do not download the apps that are associated with Hisense cause they demand total access to your confidential information data stored on your mobile device and your local home network.

This app doesn’t work anymore. It requires you to create an account and then says it sent an email for verification but never sends that email. So it’s impossible to create new account. Hisense still sells ACs that supposedly have WiFi but they include no instructions on how to connect it. I was hoping it would work via this app, but sadly it seems the WiFi option on their ACs is deceptive advertising.

I have had many calls with Hisense and they have not helped. They gave me 5 ticket numbers for the same issue of not being able to get an app to control my portable ac. They finally tried to walk me though setup and their new excuse as to why it won’t work is because I am using an iPhone! Will never buy from Hisense again
