As a vendor, TrueAccess simplifies the credentialing process by allowing you to upload all required documents and sign all hospital policies entirely with your phone.
It provides a more efficient way to check in and out of contracted hospitals. You no longer have to look for a kiosk or print a badge. The application uses geofencing to determine when you enter the hospital and then determines if you have authorization to be there at that time. If so, it connects to your smart-badge by Bluetooth and turns the badge LED indicator green. It turns the LED off when you leave.
The app functions in the foreground and background. This enables the badge to function without the need to open the app each time you enter or leave a hospital.
In some cases you may need an appointment for access to the hospital and if so, it can be made and managed using the app.
