At first, I considered M1 to be a decent service, but after losing $8 to them in their latest promo deal, and nothing to show for it… I’ve quickly learned that the whole deal is a load of garbage. That seems to be a common thing though. Poorly regulated businesses in general in this part of the world are quite prevalent.This one is no exception. At least I don’t have to deal with such a high level of incompetence in the USA.best of all, their support is non-existent, and there are no methods for requesting compensation for their errors. Perhaps I should get the embassy involved instead. I may have a better chance of them getting things right on my end.

Worst prepaid ever

The package they sell is a scam. You have to buy additional package before you get the promotional free data. Even after buying a package it doesn’t show in the app the actual purchase data. For example. I paid SG$21 for 15GB. It doesn’t show in the App. I travel the world and use prepaid all the time. M1 by far is the worst I have ever seen. It took me more than a two dozen attempts to scan the passport and my face. Extremely frustrating and a worst system ever!!!
