As your customers arrive, add them to the waitlist by entering their service/stylist preference and read out their expected wait time straight from the app. Our free waitlist app will send customers an SMS text message when their stylist is ready and lets you easily drag-and-drop customers to their respective stylist station through your virtual WELCOME app floor plan screen for quick reference of available stations.
To further increase the number of walk-ins on a regular basis, your customers can monitor the waitlist in real time and even add themselves to it when they’re on their way via our companion guest app TownVu. The convenience factor of allowing customers to add themselves to the waitlist is a proven way to build repeat business at no cost to you.
