Good service and app, but there’s an annoying bug!!

So I recently started using this service for an order that would not be shipped to me here in the States. So far so good, as I’m waiting for my order to arrive - however, there’s an annoying bug with the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. When you go to type in a field, the iOS keyboard comes up and covers up the field you’re trying to type in and you can’t see what you’re typing! There’s no option to scroll down or up at that point either so you’re typing ‘blindly’ until you exit the field. PLEASE fix this! Maybe it’s only on the bigger model iPhones? Thank-you!

so i’ve never bought anything internationally before. this was my first time & i had no clue what i was doing. i was super nervous about spending a good chunk of money on an online order & sending it to a strangers home in another country. but, my host (jimmy from UK) was great. shipped quickly & was patient with me sending numerous messages trying to figure out the app. shippn’s customer service over whatsapp was quick & patient as well, they answered all my questions. i spent a good amount on actual shipping (DHL), but shippn’s prices & fees are completely fair in my opinion. my order is arriving tomorrow & i’m super happy i found shippn!

Before hiring these services, be sure of what you are looking for and what they offer. I hired the service because the seller did not want to ship to where I live and what they did was contact him and ask if he could ship, he said no and in the end they told me that they did not have a local host to make the purchase so they only refund you what you paid for the product and nothing else!
