Reviews can now have schedules! See what Reviews are due and when from the Scheduled section of your start screen. Don’t worry if you don’t see any yet, your admin team will need to set up the schedules for your templates to get started.

This month we’ve made more improvements to tasks. You can now mark them as “in progress” or “blocked” to keep track of their status and stay on top of what needs attention.

Ocasta Review’s latest release focuses on giving you simpler and more insightful task management! Quickly see all of your Tasks in the new Tasks section on the bottom navigation bar. As part of this, you can now see all of the tasks you’ve created for others during your Reviews. Tasks have been improved so you can no longer close them without checking the details first, and you no longer have to set a time, just a date. Ocasta Review now supports signature insights, when configured, you can now sign on screen when completing a Review.

Ocasta Review now supports more Insight (question) types. Your templates can now include percentage insights (%) and Yes/No questions can now be configured to score 100% for No instead of Yes. You’ll now be prompted to update if you try and start a new Review that includes unsupported insights.

Ocasta Review’s private scratch notes (added last month) now support multiple sections to help structure your notes and images. Additional maintenance to keep the app up to date and working smoothly.
