To use the Heart of Louisiana app, you must be enrolled as a Heart of Louisiana FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Pending Transactions

This app doesn’t show which pending transaction has already been deducted from the balance that it’s showing. Some that are pending are already deducted from your balance that it shows, some aren’t, but the customer nor the teller can tell you which ones. I get charged NSF fees and don’t know why! It’s VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
