I had to download the Dakiki app because I was having trouble accessing my photos and video from another app. I was still a little confused at the beginning but tech support was very helpful and answered my questions quickly. Overall, a good experience!

Lots of performance bugs in this app. Can only find my dancer every other time I try. Sometimes it tells me she is in their system and sometimes she isn’t. Her name and birthdate WERE entered correctly - but she only pops up sometimes. Photos were all taken from far away and there is no way to click on and enlarge individual pics to see if my daughter is even in them. Part of that is that the photographer was not good- but the app developers have no control over that. The features that were supposed to be available didn’t contain any data (schedules, performance orders, who is on stage and who is up next.) Very frustrating to use and IConsider myself to be very tech literate.

This is a nice app to see your dancers performances on or even your own performances. I am a dancer and I just got done with a competition yesterday and I downloaded this app, All my routines were on there except one, my solo. It had a different girl’s video and not a video of me doing my solo, it had some of my pictures but also the random girl’s pictures. There are some errors and it can use some work but other than that it’s a good app. I’m upset about my solo not having video though.

I recently purchased my daughter’s photos/videos at comp and only received 1 of 6 routines. The only way to contact support is via a form on the app. There is no confirmation of this request (like an email or history of submissions) and after two submissions in a week, I have yet to be contacted by anyone. There is no support line on their email receipt, and no obvious way to connect with someone about your issues. Purchase at your own risk. So disappointing that the only option to purchase media of our dancers is so lacking in basic functionality.
