Long description of app: Green Octopus is a secure mobile application that interfaces with IDDS (Intelligent Dynamic Dispatch System), a private cloud quality assurance system that enables home service providers (HSP) to capture images and job notes before and after work is performed at customer's premise. IDDS provides a secure web interface for subject matter experts and QA staff to evaluate work done by a technician.
