This is the most amazing online banking app ever! It’s very user friendly, it has additional features I’ve not seen with other banks, credit card companies or any other entity of this nature. You can catagorize each transaction and even create custom categories. For example, I disputed a transaction and created a category for that so it shows up on my account activity. I’m not sure if the category name transfers over to printed statements but I’ll take a look and update my review. Everything you could possibly need is on line from filing a dispute, transferring funds, depositing check copies, linking external accounts, applying for loans, you name it, it’s there. CWCCU is by far the best banking institution I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is outstanding and branch associates very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! You even get $100 for a new account referral. Never banking anywhere else again! Thank you CWCCU!

I switched to Commonwealth because the last credit union was nothing compared to Commonwealth. When my account was compromised Patelco Credit Union did NOTHING but try to collect funds taken from my account fraudulently. I recently had an issue on my account. Commonwealth took care of everything immediately. Thank You Commonwealth

I've been a Commonwealth member for - well, since before they were called Commonwealth, some 30 years ago! Their customer service has always been excellent. Their app follows this pattern. It is easy to use, though like any app that allows you to do lots of things, the more you use it the easier and more intuitive it becomes. And there is support by phone when you can't figure something out, with very short hold times.My only frustration is that not all of my accounts are shown; I have one that requires some scrolling to access. But once I figured that out, I was fine. Let's just say that it's more like a PC than a Mac. Very good, but not super-intuitive.

The app itself is very helpful and effective to get any banking job done. However there are some issues that are not very helpful such as automatic payments or e-bills or minimum payments scheduled to be delivered monthly. The previous version of the app (especially the desktop website app) was very solid and never made any mistakes. This new version is pretty and that is the extent of its beauty. From banking point of view it is not solid enough for you to rely on. I rate it 4 stars just because I like my credit Union.
