I heard about a lot of negative reviews on their services and quality of the products , I myself ordered a Nike shoes , it was due for delivery after 5 days , but I showed under 2 days of placing the order , the price of the product was better then every other shops , so I was worried that it might be rejected or fake product,it was not fake, I was really surprised by their service and the quality of the product , I will definitely order shoes from them again in the future, don’t trust these negative reviews, most of them are lie.

Ok so they might have nice stuff but the App must be the worst ever. I shops on line a lot and placing an order on this site is extremely annoying. The reason is it lets me choose the stuff then place the order and put all my credit card information then I get this stupid message oops there is not enough quantity in one of the stuff you’re ordering so I go back to the cart to check then I remove the item and do the whole thing again then I get the same error about a different item.It is unbelievable how frustrating this is. It really is a bad experience they have a certain brand that I did not find anywhere else but other than that I really doubt I would ever place an order with them again. I mean why can’t they spend some money to have a better system, all other shopping sites/Apps I use would not let you add an item that is out of stock to your cart and the quantity available is updated 90% of the time.

Needs extra features

I love the concept of this app, but it needs better filters to be an efficient shopping experience. For instance, if I want to shop for flats (all brands) that are leather and size 38, there’s no way to do it currently. Instead, there are a bunch of filters for the brands’ various collections, which don’t mean anything to a shopper when you’re just trying to find one specific product. I hope they will continue to tweak and update so it’s as user-friendly as Zappos or 6pm!

I had some orders (Qatar) from them which were ok but more which weren’t 1. I ordered from wakiki one dress, they sent it with the magnetic tag on it, I had to return it and took one week for a driver to come and pick it up, refund took 2 weeks2. I ordered some items at discounted prices from Polo and after few days they called me to say that it was a mistake and the prices were not those ones and that they will cancel my order and refund the money, again it took about 2 weeks for the refund3. I ordered a perfume which it never arrived, in the app was showing in process even after 2 weeks, I had to cancel and again send them 3 emails to process the refundI don’t understand:why you take the money if you cannot commit on delivering the products???
