The Be Safe app is free and enables the person with thoughts of suicide to create a safety plan that will help keep them safe should another suicidal crisis occur. It is a person driven app that empowers them to manage their thoughts/behaviours.
Phone contacts and Helplines can be called directly from the app without scrolling through their contact list. When they have completed their safety plan, they can email it directly from the app to formal or informal supports of their choice.
