Great, but I’m a little on the fence

First of all, this is a really great app. It’s clean and functional. It succeeds in ways that I think Apple Music fails. That being said, I have some concerns and suggestions.

I instantly noticed how relatively useless the Lyrics page is. I think the app wants me to manually put the lyrics into iTunes, which I’m just not going to take the time to do. I would really like to be able to hide it. However, I’ve also noticed that many other reviews mention this, and the developer has been saying that they will add that functionality. But that was a year ago. This doesn’t inspire confidence that the feature will be added, so for that reason, I’m unsure that I will be proceeding with purchasing the app.

The only other thing that I would wish the developer would add is having recently played albums in the home tab. That would really bring everything together for me in terms of that page.

Other than that, I do like it quite a bit. I just wish I felt like the developer took user feedback more seriously.

Thank you very much for your positive review and feedback!
My apologies for the delay with implementing the option to hide the lyrics page, it will be available in the next update which I plan to release in a few months.

Good alternative

This is a good alternative to the Apple Music app, but I wish I can search the entire Apple Music catalog and add songs to my playlist. That’s the only downside I’ve come across so far.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for the positive review! In the future, I will add full Apple Music support, though I cannot give a timeframe yet. If you have any more questions, feedback or feature requests, feel free to send me a message at info@evenwerk.com

Excellent app

I haven’t had the app for long but I am really enjoying it. My favorite part is the ability to rotate my device and things will orient accordingly. I really like the new widget function too. If I could say one thing, and it’s honestly so minor it almost doesn’t matter, but I think it would be nice to pick a permanent background or background color both in app and for the widget.

Developer Response ,

Thank you very much for the positive review! More customization options will be added in the future and I will take your feedback into account.
